"I did not want to sleep upstairs because it was cold, and I did not dare to sleep next to him after knowing so much about his partner then sleep on his side of the bed."
As I sat on a washing machine, carried from hand to hand by the audience, I recounted my day-long encounters with six strangers in Amsterdam. 'i feel you like the moon feels the earth' connects these memories to the present moment of holding space together.

liquid mirror molding into reflective bodies
as we are the scatter of the same shimmer
like being on the edge of a waterfall
holding landscapes that we cohabitate
bearing the weights of seeing
through durations that are hardening and lasting
through distances that are equally vast on their scale
for being a space for the world as a matter of range
where the curiosity of our eyes is confronted by risk

Inspired by Astrida Neimanis’ Hydrofeminism, we consider ourselves water manifesting in different forms shaped by our different ways of living.
Six bodies of water – three dancers and three water mattresses – navigate a network of ropes, embodying the tensions and interdependencies of an entangled system.
